Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities across multiple locations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with retail teams to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends to optimize product placement and assortment
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices
- Manage relationships with store managers and key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or store operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Lamongan-Tuban-Bojonegoro region
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
