PT PAKIS JAYA GARMINDO is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Merchandiser Manager to lead our retail operations. In this critical role, you will oversee the Planning, Production, Inventory, and Control (PPIC) processes, ensuring our clothing products are delivered efficiently to meet market demands. You will act as a bridge between the sales department and production teams, optimizing inventory turnover and ensuring stock availability while minimizing waste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end PPIC (Planning Production Inventory Control) processes specifically within the clothing retail industry.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately and plan production schedules accordingly.
- Coordinate closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while avoiding overstock situations that tie up capital.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve product visibility in retail outlets.
- Monitor stock accuracy and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to align product offerings with consumer preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Merchandising or Retail Management role, preferably within the apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of PPIC processes, supply chain management, and inventory control systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and market data to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic retail environment.
