Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular store visits to retail outlets and mom-and-pop stores for product placement and promotional execution
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns to maximize product visibility
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers for optimal availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff to drive brand advocacy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Report sales performance, market intelligence, and merchandising effectiveness to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, promotional guidelines, and store standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing/business preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or sales role
- Strong understanding of modern trade retail environments and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective store relationship management
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple store visits
- Basic proficiency in mobile reporting tools and inventory management systems
- Physical ability to travel to various retail locations within assigned territory
