Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update product displays according to Cimory’s visual merchandising standards to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Interact directly with customers to explain product features, answer inquiries, and promote current promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure cooperative working environments.
- Collect and report on market feedback, product performance, and any retail issues to the management team.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in the execution of sales targets and promotional activities within the assigned territory.
Kualifikasi
- Willingness to work on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and retail staff.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and cash handling (if applicable).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions precisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is preferred for students).
- Interest in the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
