We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Merchandiser to join Boldd Advertising Sdn Bhd in Bintulu. In this pivotal role, you will lead and support a team of merchandisers to drive sales growth and ensure our Personal Care products stand out on the shelves. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, optimizing product visibility, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners to ensure brand success.
As a Merchandiser, you will act as the face of our brand within the retail environment. Your focus will be on executing high-quality merchandising standards, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and coordinating promotional activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and support the merchandising team to execute effective in-store activities and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor product stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality product display, accurate shelf placement, and proper presentation of Personal Care products.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store managers and key retail stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance and product visibility data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit product condition, compliance, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or sales execution within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of personal care products and consumer goods industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse retail partners.
- Proficient in using mobile reporting apps and basic data entry skills.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (essential for visiting multiple retail outlets in the area).
- Ability to work independently with strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail is preferred.
