Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans
- Enhance product visibility and appeal through strategic placement and display optimization
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and retail partners
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance and display compliance
- Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in retail outlets
- Train and develop merchandising team members on best practices and product knowledge
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and merchandising activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant retail experience
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail operations, preferably in personal care products
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of merchandisers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective store partnerships
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple locations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Miri and surrounding areas
