Ee-Lian Enterprise, a key player in the retail and consumer products industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product display and stock availability across supermarket and retail outlets in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will directly contribute to our brand’s visibility and sales growth by ensuring that products are presented attractively and are always available for customers.
Your main duties will include executing planograms, replenishing shelf inventory, setting up promotional displays, and maintaining accurate pricing and signage. You will work closely with store personnel and our sales team to identify opportunities for improved product placement and to ensure that merchandising standards are consistently met. Regular travel to assigned outlets will be required.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure optimal product display and arrangement in retail outlets according to company guidelines and planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory promptly to prevent out-of-stocks and minimize overstock situations.
- Plan, set up, and maintain promotional displays, including new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure shelf hygiene, product freshness, and correct pricing and labeling.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth operations.
- Report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the merchandising team.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation to reduce wastage and ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and optimize product placement for better performance.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a retail operations role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and product presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with store personnel.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a portfolio of stores.
- Detail-oriented with keen observation skills to identify display and stock issues.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
