- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail outlet managers and staff
- Execute in-store merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock availability issues promptly
- Implement promotional activities and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Conduct regular store audits to assess display quality and shelf availability
- Collect market intelligence on competitor products and consumer preferences
- Coordinate with sales team to align merchandising strategies with sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in retail merchandising or sales support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel efficiently across multiple retail locations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for data collection and reporting
- Physical ability to handle store visits and product displays
- Proven track record of building positive business relationships
