Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and minimize out-of-stock situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure proper product placement, display standards, and promotional execution in all assigned stores
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising activities and provide feedback to team members
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving product visibility in retail environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with retail partners
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address merchandising challenges
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of personal care products industry is highly desirable
