As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of merchandisers to optimize product placement, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility across various retail outlets.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure proper stock management, and minimize out-of-stock situations to maximize sales opportunities. - Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Develop and implement effective merchandising plans for personal care products
- Monitor and optimize product placement, visibility, and availability in retail outlets
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff
- Train merchandising staff on company standards, product knowledge, and best practices
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail or FMCG environment
- Experience with personal care products is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various retail locations
- Proficiency in merchandising software and Microsoft Office applications
