We are seeking a dynamic Merchandiser Team Leader to drive excellence in personal care product merchandising across Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of merchandisers to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Implement strategic merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales velocity
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize product availability
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail store personnel
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate promotional activities and new product launches in-store
- Train merchandising staff on product knowledge and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience with 1+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in personal care or FMCG retail merchandising
- Strong team management and motivational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail analytics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail locations
- Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent store visits
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and visual standards
