Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of merchandisers to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Execute in-store promotional campaigns and product displays to maximize brand visibility
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and planogram execution
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to optimize product placement and promotional strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and implement corrective actions as needed
- Train merchandisers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in merchandising, preferably in Personal Care/FMCG
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 5+ retail staff
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
- Proficient in inventory management systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Malaysian driving license with own vehicle (for store visits)
