In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing captivating visual displays across all our restaurant outlets.

You will act as the creative force behind our brand presentation, ensuring that every outlet maintains a consistent, high-quality, and engaging look that resonates with our target audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies for all F&B outlets to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
- Regularly audit and refresh store layouts, product displays, and promotional materials to ensure they remain fresh and visually appealing.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to align visual displays with current seasonal themes and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain high visual standards and brand consistency across all locations under Levi Kuliner Management.
- Train and guide restaurant staff on proper display techniques and visual presentation standards.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to propose innovative display ideas that set us apart.
- Manage inventory and stock placement to ensure optimal product presentation and accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or display management, preferably within the F&B or food service industry.
- Strong sense of color, layout, and design aesthetics with the ability to create eye-catching displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining brand consistency.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
