We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Admin Assistant to support the Buying and Planning team across retail and e-comm. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth execution of merchandising operations by managing data integrity, coordinating with various internal departments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update product databases, pricing sheets, and inventory records with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding merchandising schedules, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Assist the Buying team in preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and market analysis summaries.
- Process and verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper financial tracking.
- Organize and file marketing materials, product samples, and trend reports for easy retrieval.
- Support the Planning department with demand forecasting data entry and administrative logistics.
- Handle general office administration including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and answering inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or merchandising support role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus.
