Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using merchandising software systems
- Generate and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product deliveries and stock replenishment
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and seasonal merchandising
- Handle purchase order processing and vendor communications efficiently
- Assist in visual merchandising coordination for retail displays
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for merchandising documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or retail administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical retail preferred
