You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of merchandising activities to maximize sales growth and optimize inventory turnover. Your expertise in analyzing sales data and understanding pricing strategies will be crucial in maintaining our market position. We are looking for a proactive professional who can communicate effectively in English and lead store teams to achieve operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily merchandising activities to ensure strict adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to develop effective merchandising plans and strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, stock allocation, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and operational targets.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
- Train and mentor store staff on merchandising best practices and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, planning, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and market reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software/ERP systems.
- Proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
