In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory strategy, ensuring that our boutiques, outlets, and promotional counters are perfectly stocked to meet customer demand.
As a Merchandising Assistant, you will bridge the gap between supply and sales, monitoring stock movement patterns to optimize availability and drive profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end stock allocation and replenishment for boutiques, outlets, and pop-up counters.
- Monitor daily stock movement across all channels to identify sales trends and inventory imbalances.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Execute seasonal markdown strategies and promotions to maximize sell-through rates.
- Generate regular inventory reports and performance analysis for the management team.
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through regular audits and system reconciliation.
- Support the Merchandising Manager in planning seasonal buys and distribution strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail inventory management or merchandising.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and retail KPIs.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
