As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, collaborating with various teams to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve logistical challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the monitoring and tracking of incoming orders and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Prepare and organize merchandise displays to ensure visual standards are met and products are presented attractively.
- Analyze sales data and trends to assist in forecasting stock requirements and replenishment schedules.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any supply chain discrepancies.
- Prepare and update monthly reports regarding inventory status and sales performance.
- Support the merchandising team in executing promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
