Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or consumer products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software
