In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring product availability, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong analytical mindset to help drive sales performance through effective product presentation and stock management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across retail outlets.
- Assist in the execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with supply chain and store teams to facilitate smooth product replenishment cycles.
- Generate and analyze daily sales and stock movement reports to identify trends.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to planograms and promotional display standards.
- Support the merchandising team in seasonal product launches and promotional campaign rollouts.
- Maintain accurate database records for SKU management and pricing updates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or FMCG operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel to various retail locations within the Central Region as required.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving retail environment.
