Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance product presentation and drive sales conversions
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize stock allocation and assortment planning
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product replenishment and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Train retail staff on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and promotional execution
- Monitor competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify strategic opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for merchandising improvements
- Manage promotional displays and seasonal campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Retail Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
