Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies for hot food categories to maximize sales and visibility
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and product optimization
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and promotional support
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and promotional activities
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation procedures to minimize waste
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Create compelling in-store displays and promotional materials to attract customers
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or product management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier/store team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and perishable product handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
