In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving our sourcing, selection, and sales strategies to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Your primary focus will be on identifying high-potential products, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and ensuring seamless order processing. You will also be responsible for monitoring stock performance and conducting in-depth sales analysis to optimize inventory levels. - Source and select high-quality products that align with market trends and customer demand.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value and margins.
- Process and manage purchase orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock performance to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Analyze sales data and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on merchandise performance and recommend corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or product sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
