In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the high-stakes world of luxury retail merchandising. You will support the merchandising team in analyzing sales trends, managing inventory flow, and ensuring our collections are showcased to reflect the elegance and prestige of the Dior brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily merchandising activities, including stock monitoring and inventory analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and data visualizations to support buying decisions.
- Support the coordination of product launches and visual merchandising updates in stores.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain database accuracy for product assortment and pricing updates.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure optimal product placement and stock availability.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to seasonal buying cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Available for an immediate start for a minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Strong interest in luxury retail and the Christian Dior brand heritage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team environment.
