Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales revenue.
- Monitor inventory levels daily and coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Analyze sales reports and inventory turnover data to identify trends and recommend product assortment adjustments.
- Ensure all store layouts, displays, and product placement strictly adhere to brand guidelines and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques and merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product displays with promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, sales analysis, and inventory control systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
