Tanggung Jawab
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to ensure consistent brand representation across all assigned retail outlets.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts and replenishing shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales associates to train staff on proper product handling and display techniques.
- Analyze sales data and product performance to identify trends and recommend adjustments to display layouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and merchandising guidelines at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding merchandising activities and stock status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train others.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area to visit multiple retail locations.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
