In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that our brand presence remains impeccable across all partner locations.
As our Merchandising Officer, you will bridge the gap between our corporate strategies and store-level execution. You will be tasked with orchestrating complex scheduling for our field merchandisers and overseeing key store projects to guarantee 100% coverage and maximum shelf availability. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute store-level merchandising projects to ensure brand standards are met.
- Manage and optimize field merchandiser schedules to ensure full store coverage and operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily attendance and performance of the merchandising team in the field.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit display compliance, stock levels, and planogram execution.
- Analyze sales data and merchandising reports to provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to resolve stock issues and implement promotional displays.
- Maintain clear communication channels between head office and field staff regarding policy updates and operational changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, or sales coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and travel within Metro Manila as required for store audits.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
