Join our client, a well-known retail company in Singapore, as a Merchandising Officer/Buyer and become an integral part of their dynamic retail team. In this role, you'll work closely with the buying team to analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to make informed purchasing decisions. You'll be responsible for optimizing product assortments, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that our stores are stocked with the right products at the right time.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package of $2,800 – $3,400 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement in the retail industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform merchandising decisions
- Develop and implement effective product assortments to maximize sales and profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely product delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and product aesthetics
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in B2C retail environment is highly preferred
