As an Assistant Manager in this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product performance. Your primary focus will be on Demand Planning, where you will craft tactical promotion strategies and accurate selling forecasts to meet market demands. You will also be tasked with managing Product Gross Profit, ensuring that every decision maximizes our return on investment while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on demand planning and tactical promotion strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to generate accurate selling forecasts.
- Manage Product Gross Profit to ensure maximum financial return and margin optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandising goals with corporate objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of product categories to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize ERP systems to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (conversational to professional level) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with retail software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
