Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Coordinate purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Support the merchandising team in product selection and range planning.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements and product information.
- Prepare reports on sourcing performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of experience in retail or sourcing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
