Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily merchandising operations and ensure strict adherence to visual standards and company guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and inventory data to optimize product placement and drive revenue growth.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure high-quality execution of tasks.
- Conduct regular store audits and shelf checks to maintain product freshness and appeal.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising or a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
