Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of merchandisers to ensure consistent execution of retail standards and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular store audits to verify product placement, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and optimize shelf availability.
- Analyze sales data and retail metrics to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve product visibility and revenue.
- Resolve operational challenges in the field and provide constructive feedback to store managers and retail partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders and retail management.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed on the sales floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area as required.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
