- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate product allocation across all store locations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit compliance with company policies, safety standards, and merchandising guidelines.
- Train, coach, and mentor store associates to improve sales techniques and enhance overall customer service.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to recommend inventory adjustments and new product opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail supervisory or management roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, POS operations, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
