- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product distribution and availability

- Lead merchandising staff by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and visibility

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in merchandising or retail operations management
- Proven experience in inventory management and distribution logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
- Advanced knowledge of retail merchandising best practices
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and inventory management software
