- Identify and onboard new merchants through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential merchant segments and emerging trends
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Present company solutions and value propositions to potential merchant partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with acquired merchants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding
- Track acquisition metrics and optimize strategies based on performance data
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting acquisition targets and KPIs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple merchant relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
- Experience in retail or consumer products industry preferred
