Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential merchants to expand our business ecosystem.
- Conduct direct field visits and digital outreach to pitch our services.
- Manage the entire merchant onboarding lifecycle, from initial contact to account activation.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to boost merchant sales performance.
- Provide training to merchants on platform tools, promotional ads, and marketing features.
- Analyze merchant performance data to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing merchants to ensure high retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, promotional ads, and social media trends.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced field role.
- Own a personal vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
