- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing merchant locations for verification and data collection
- Validate merchant information including business details, operational hours, and service offerings
- Collect and document merchant data using mobile applications and reporting tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify potential business opportunities and report findings to the development team
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth merchant onboarding process
- Prepare and submit regular reports on merchant visits, validations, and findings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation
- Proficient in using mobile applications and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets
- Knowledge of local business landscape in Kudus and surrounding areas
