- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with merchants and business partners across South Luzon
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and merchant performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with merchant needs
- Represent Skyro at industry events, trade shows, and local business gatherings
- Conduct regular merchant meetings to ensure satisfaction and address operational challenges
- Analyze partnership effectiveness and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between merchants and company departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional business relationships
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with merchant stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the South Luzon market and local business ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in teams
