Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential merchants through field visits (canvassing) and cold outreach in the Cirebon area.
- Present and demonstrate our product value proposition to local business owners to secure new partnerships.
- Assist in the merchant on-boarding process, ensuring all documentation and systems are set up correctly.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and achieve daily/weekly sales conversion targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide support, address merchant concerns, and ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the sales management team.
- Educate merchants on best practices to maximize their usage of our services.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and manage CRM data to track performance and progress.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or retail business development is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade business owners effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle for daily field work.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (local dialect knowledge is an advantage).
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in the field.
- Familiarity with digital payment or e-commerce platforms is a significant advantage.
