This position requires proactive field verification to confirm the physical existence and operational status of unregistered food establishments across Surakarta. You'll be the critical link between digital records and real-world validation, conducting thorough site visits to verify business details, operational hours, and compliance with local regulations. Your work will directly support our merchant onboarding process, preventing fraudulent listings and ensuring only legitimate businesses join our platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic field visits to verify physical existence of unregistered culinary businesses
- Validate daily operational status including business hours and service authenticity
- Document verification findings through standardized reporting tools
- Identify and flag non-compliant or fraudulent merchant activities
- Collaborate with onboarding team to resolve discrepancies in merchant data
- Maintain accurate records of all verification activities and site assessments
- Report market trends and operational insights to improve validation protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in field verification, auditing, or market research
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational assessment skills
- Proficient in digital reporting tools and mobile data collection
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse business owners
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
