Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with unmanaged merchant partners in assigned zones
- Conduct regular merchant visits to assess operational needs and identify growth opportunities
- Resolve merchant challenges through strategic problem-solving and resource coordination
- Deliver training and guidance to enhance merchants' operational efficiency and business acumen
- Monitor merchant performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to align merchant support with business objectives
- Report on market trends and merchant feedback to inform strategic decisions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in merchant management, retail operations, or account management
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex business situations
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to drive merchant growth
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple merchant relationships
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
