Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for healthcare production environments
- Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify optimization opportunities using data-driven approaches
- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and quality control systems for seamless operations
- Develop validation protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards (GMP, FDA)
- Train production staff on MES functionalities and best practices
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of MES implementation experience in healthcare or regulated manufacturing
- Proficiency in MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, GE Digital)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and healthcare manufacturing regulations
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages for system integration
- Certification in MES or manufacturing systems (e.g., CMRP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
