Join Astra Otoparts, a leading automotive parts manufacturer, as a Messenger Solo and become a vital part of our sales expansion team. In this dynamic role, you'll drive business growth by actively identifying new retail partnerships across Surakarta and surrounding areas. You'll represent our premium product portfolio to store owners, negotiate placements, and ensure optimal product visibility in the market. Beyond sales development, you'll manage payment collections and maintain strong client relationships to support our mission of becoming Indonesia's preferred automotive solutions provider. This position offers direct impact on regional sales performance while developing valuable skills in retail management, negotiation, and market analysis.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new retail store partnerships in assigned territories
- Promote Astra Otoparts products through effective demonstrations and presentations
- Execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase product distribution
- Manage timely collection of payments from retail clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or retail merchandising
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals
- Familiarity with automotive parts industry or retail sector
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for territory coverage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales targets
