Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely to transport raw materials, finished goods, and equipment within production and warehouse areas
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on MHE to ensure optimal performance
- Execute minor repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical issues on handling equipment
- Strictly adhere to company safety protocols, OHS standards, and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and operational inefficiencies promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., Sijil Kompetensi Operator Forklift)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in manufacturing or logistics environments
- Basic mechanical knowledge for performing minor equipment maintenance and repairs
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members
- Physical fitness to handle materials in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
