Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration strategies for enterprise clients
- Conduct infrastructure assessments and document existing environments before migration
- Execute migration plans including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams deployments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive migration documentation and runbooks
- Provide post-migration optimization and support services
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance during transitions
- Train end-users on new Microsoft 365 features and workflows
- Monitor migration performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 3+ years experience in Microsoft 365 migrations and deployments
- Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams migrations
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid environments
- Certification in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-101, MS-102) preferred
- Experience with migration tools like MigrationWiz or Quest
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
