Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 implementation
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Sales, and Customer Service modules
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and system integration activities
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
- Provide post-implementation support and optimize system performance
- Document business processes, solution designs, and change management strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture and troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Expertise in D365 Finance & Operations, Sales, or Marketing modules
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices
- Experience with business process re-engineering and workflow optimization
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-900, MB-330, MB-210) preferred
- Proficient in SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
