Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budget preparation/forecasting
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and tax filing requirements
- Collaborate with auditors during internal/external financial examinations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in corporate setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel advanced functions
- Deep knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
