Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing and cash flow optimization
- Prepare and file business tax returns, ensuring compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain financial reports for management decision-making and external stakeholders
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to strengthen financial governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in general accounting and taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Philippine Tax Code and accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance
