- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time performance monitoring

- Conduct root cause analysis for operational delays and service disruptions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in operational analysis within logistics/transportation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics interpretation
- Knowledge of middle mile logistics operations and delivery networks
- Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies
