Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell Midea air conditioning products to customers at the WTC Mangga Dua location
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find the right air conditioning solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends
- Participate in store displays and promotional activities to enhance product visibility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous sales experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning technology and products
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
